Free Shipping Promotion!

When you make a purchase on any luggage or travel goods, for $50.00 or more, your items ship for free (Calculated at Check out). This offer is only good in the United States. All free shipping will be sent out via UPS ground service. Any order under $50.00 will ship out for a flat rate of $7.00.

Shipping Term

We guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of an inventory confirmation.

This guarantee applies to business days only (Monday-Friday). Due to limited postal hours we are unable to guarantee shipments on weekends and postal holidays.

Unfortunately, orders that are paid for by Check or Money Order do not qualify for same day shipping guarantee.

There are some situations in which it is necessary for us to temporarily place a security hold on an order. These situations include but are not limited to: non-matching billing address or large orders containing a different shipping and billing address. All security investigations will be conducted within one business day. If it is necessary for us to hold your order for security reasons we will expedite your order at our expense.

Order Tracking

Order Status:
There are two ways to check on the status of your order.

  1. You will be emailed a invoice and shipment notification with tracking information once your package leaves our shipping center. This will notify you of your tracking and/or shipping information as well as include a copy of your sales receipt.

  2. You can also find the status of the order you've placed by logging onto your account online. If you don't know your account number and password, please check your email account. Account information was sent to the email address provided upon checkout with the password and user name. If you have forgotten your password you can have it emailed to your account at the sign-in page.

The sign in page will let you know that status of your order, and if your order has been shipped you can get your UPS or FedEx tracking number. You may also Edit Your Profile, View Order Status and History, and Manage your Address Book.

US Orders

US Orders
SBLuggage.com offers UPS as a shipping carrier.. All rates are calculated by the package weight and shipping zone. All shipping prices will be calculated upon checkout.

Standard US Shipping:

  • UPS Ground - Guaranteed delivery within one to five business days depending upon the origin and destination.

Our carriers regular business days are Monday - Friday.

International Orders

We are extremely excited to now offer our customers both USPS and UPS shipping to international destinations. We now have several options which vary greatly in price as well as transit times. You can choose which option best suits your time frame and budget.

Standard International Shipping Options:

  • UPS International Ground - Delivery 3-6 business days to most Canadian Addresses. Please note, Brokerage Fees not paid and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important Note on International Shipments:

When shipping internationally, we are required to fill out a customs declaration form detailing the package contents and value.  Please be aware that many countries impose import duty on packages.  These tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay.  Please check with your local customs and excise agencies to understand the tariffs in your country.

APO/PO Box Orders

UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please click, 'Check All Other Rates' for USPS Priority Mail Shipping on the checkout shipping page.

Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days from the ship date. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The US Postal Service imposes weight and size limitations on shipments to some locations. Please consult your local postal office for more information.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is available to help you find the product that best fits your needs.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns on: 

  • luggage that has been used - i.e. scratched, scuffed or damaged Items.
  • items that Do Not have the original sales tags

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. You can obtain by calling customer service at 866-334-7744 (Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm PST).  Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ALL returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and all components, manuals included. ALL products that are returned incomplete, or damaged may NOT be accepted. If accepted, they will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special order items.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of the original ship date by calling 1-866-334-7744 (toll-free within the US) or local or international calls:866-334-7744

  2. Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#: Original order number (located on invoice slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name and daytime telephone number.

  3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included.

  4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.

  7. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package and on the inside with your phone number and name. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Delivery Attempts
UPS and FedEx will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving UPS or FedEx permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Sbluggage.com, FedEx and UPS of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.
